عند اختيار تسجيل الدخول عبر Google نحصل على الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الملف الشخصي (إن وُجدت) فقط، لإنشاء حسابك أو استعادته، وعرض اسمك وصورتك للمستخدمين الآخرين ضمن خدمة الدروس، وإرسال رسائل الخدمة. لا نبيع بيانات مستخدمي Google، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة إلا مع مزودي الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات اللازمين لتشغيل التطبيق، أو عندما يفرض القانون ذلك.
تتم المدفوعات بالبطاقة عبر مزوّد دفع معتمد ومتوافق مع معايير PCI-DSS (مثل Payoneer). تُدخل بيانات البطاقة مباشرة في صفحة الدفع الآمنة الخاصة بالمزوّد، ولا نستقبل أرقام البطاقات ولا نخزنها على خوادمنا. نحتفظ فقط بمرجع العملية ومبلغها وحالتها.
لحماية المستخدمين — خاصة التلاميذ القاصرين — ولمعالجة الشكايات، يمكن لفريق الإدارة المخوَّل الاطلاع على المحادثات بين الأساتذة والتلاميذ وعلى تسجيلات الحصص، وذلك فقط لأغراض السلامة ومراقبة الجودة وحل النزاعات ومنع الاحتيال أو الدفع خارج المنصة.
عند استعمال المدرس الذكي، تُرسل أسئلتك إلى مزود خدمات ذكاء اصطناعي لمعالجتها وتوليد الإجابة، وتُحفظ المحادثة في حسابك لتحسين المتابعة. لا تُرسل معها بيانات الاتصال الخاصة بك.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشاركها فقط في الحالات التالية:
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. نحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات المالية للمدة التي يفرضها القانون. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك أو تُجهَّل خلال مدة معقولة، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً.
نستخدم الاتصال المشفّر (HTTPS)، وقواعد صلاحيات صارمة على قاعدة البيانات، والمصادقة الآمنة، والنسخ الاحتياطية.
يستعمل المنصة تلاميذ قد يكونون قاصرين. يجب أن يتم تسجيل التلميذ القاصر واستعماله للمنصة بعلم وموافقة وليّ أمره، الذي يتحمّل مسؤولية عمليات الدفع.
نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي لإبقائك متصلاً وحفظ تفضيلاتك وقياس الاستخدام بشكل عام.
يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذف حسابك وسحب موافقتك على الإشعارات. يمكنك حذف الحساب من إعدادات التطبيق أو عبر مراسلتنا.

When you choose Sign in with Google, BritiDirSwaye3 receives your Google account name, email address, and profile photo (if available). We use this information only to authenticate you, create or restore your BritiDirSwaye3 profile, display your name/avatar to other users of the tutoring service, and send service messages. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for ads, and we do not share it with third parties except our hosting/database providers that operate the app, or when required by law.
Card payments are processed by an approved, PCI-DSS compliant payment provider (such as Payoneer). Card details are entered directly on the provider's secure payment page; we never receive or store card numbers on our servers. We only keep the transaction reference, amount, and status.
To protect users — especially students who may be minors — and to handle complaints, authorized administrators may review teacher–student conversations and lesson recordings, solely for safety, quality assurance, dispute resolution, and preventing fraud or off-platform payments.
When you use the AI tutor, your questions are sent to an artificial-intelligence service provider to generate answers, and the conversation is saved in your account for continuity. Your contact details are not sent with your questions.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:
We keep your data while your account is active. Financial transaction records are kept for the period required by law. When an account is deleted, its data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where retention is legally required.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), strict database access rules, secure authentication, and backups.
Some students using the platform may be minors. A minor's registration and use of the platform must be done with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any payments.
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure aggregated usage.
You may access and correct your data, request deletion of your account, and withdraw consent to notifications. You can delete your account from the app settings or by contacting us.
We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes within the platform.
