1. Acceptance of terms

By using the BritiDirSwaye3 website or app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

BritiDirSwaye3 is an online education marketplace that connects students with qualified teachers for live one-to-one and group video lessons, and provides messaging, booking, an electronic wallet, an AI tutor, and educational content. Teachers are independent and deliver their lessons through the platform; the platform acts as a technical intermediary that manages bookings and payments.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• A minor student's use of the platform must be done with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any payments.
• Teachers must provide truthful information about their qualifications and experience.

4. Wallet and payments

• Students top up a wallet balance in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) using the available payment methods. The balance is used to book lessons and services on the platform.
• When a lesson is booked, its price is held and is only released to the teacher after the lesson is completed and confirmed.
• The platform deducts a commission from the teacher's earnings for each paid lesson; the applicable rate is shown in the teacher's account.
• Teachers may request withdrawal of their available earnings to their bank account, subject to review.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No off-platform payments

Arranging payments or exchanging contact details in order to transact outside the platform and bypass its booking and payment system is prohibited and may lead to account suspension or termination.

6. Acceptable use

• Respect other users and comply with applicable laws.
• Do not post or send abusive, inappropriate, or illegal content, especially when interacting with minors.
• Do not impersonate others, create fake accounts, or abuse reward programs.
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Messages and lesson recordings

To protect users and handle complaints, video lessons may be recorded, and authorized administrators may review conversations and recordings solely for safety, quality, and dispute-resolution purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Virtual gifts and rewards

Virtual gifts (rose, diamond, crown, etc.) and rewards granted through the referral program or promotions have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are subject to the terms of each offer. We may revoke rewards obtained through abuse.

9. AI tutor

The AI tutor is an assistive tool powered by artificial intelligence; its answers may contain errors and do not replace a teacher or official references.

10. Intellectual property

All platform content, design, and branding are protected. Teachers retain the rights to the content they publish and grant the platform a license to display it as part of the service.

11. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, and teachers remain responsible for the content of their lessons.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Any remaining wallet balance is handled according to the Refund Policy, unless it results from fraud.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes within the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
